Spruce Kings Win In Overtime

Chilliwack, B.C. – Karan Toor scored at 3:10 of overtime to give the Prince George Spruce Kings a 3-2 victory over the Chilliwack Chiefs on the road tonight…
Three of tonight’s goals were scored on the power-play. Michael Colantine got the Kings on the scoreboard at 15:24 of the first period, while Prince George had the man-advantage.
Chillliwack scored two on the power-play in the second period. But the Kings’ Jujhar Khaira scored just 13-seconds after Chilliwack’s second goal, to tie the game after 40-minutes. There was no scoring in the third.
The Spruce Kings play in Langley tomorrow night, and in Surrey on Sunday to wrap up action until after the Christmas break.
