Tragic Fire Claims Two Children In Mackenzie

Prince George, B.C. – The RCMP in Mackenzie are reporting a tragic house fire which has taken two lives.
The fire on Kerry Crescent was reported at 7:33 this morning. Responding firefighters found the residence engulfed in flame upon arrival. There were five family members in the home at the time. While three people were rescued, two children, one-and-a-half-year-old twins who were in a second-floor bedroom, could not be helped by the fire crews and are deceased. The three people rescued were taken to hospital in Mackenzie. Their condition is not available at this time.
Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.

That is so horribly sad. So young!Poor little ones. Praying for their family to get through this.
This is awful. My thoughts and prayers are with the loved ones of those precious babies.
I have twin boys who are just about to turn 3 years old. I cannot even begin to imagine how difficult their loss would be. My heart goes out to the family that has to endure such a loss.
