One Person Trapped In Highway 16 Rollover

Prince George, B.C. – Ambulance paramedics, the RCMP and fire crews are on the scene of a single-vehicle rollover accident about ten kilometers west of Prince George.
Shortly before 10pm a car left Highway 16, went down an embankment and rolled. Corporal Madonna Saunderson with North District Traffic Services says the lone female occupant was trapped in the vehicle and firefighters are now trying to extricate her. The victim is conscious and talking to emergency personnel. The extent of her injuries is not known.
The RCMP is moving highway traffic through the area of the accident.
