Pedestrian Hit By Train Near Prince Rupert

Prince Rupert, B.C. – Prince Rupert RCMP say a pedestrian was left with serious injuries after being hit by a train near the community early this morning.
Police and emergency crews were called out to a location near the North Pacific Cannery in Port Edward at approximately 5:30 after reports of a person being clipped by CN train.
RCMP say the pedestrian received serious injuries to the head and arm and was airlifted out of Prince Rupert for medical treatment.
CN Rail Police are investigating the incident.

I wonder if this person will be charged?
Only if the train crew has been to have not had a conspiracy to run intentionally over this individual obviously on the tracks. But knowing our justice system maybe the hogger and his assistant will spend one day in jail and be on probation for 18 months. Duh!
