Prince George, BC – The Prince George Spruce Kings notched two wins against the Trail Smoke-Eaters in BCHL action this weekend.

The Kings recorded a 4-1 win on Friday night, then doubled the Smokies 4-2 last night.

Prince George had a 3-1 lead by the end of the first period, thanks to a pair of goals from Gerry Fitzgerald, and another from brother Myles.  After a scoreless middle frame, Jujhar Khaira rounded out scoring for Prince George with his goal in the third.

The team plays a matinee in Salmon Arm at 3pm today.
