Prince George, B.C. – The UNBC men’s and women’s basketball teams wrapped up their regular season schedules on a winning note Saturday.

 

The women T-wolves beat Kwantlen 87-50, Sarah Robin leading the way with a 27-point night. The women end the season with a 15 and 1 record, earning them first place in the PACWEST standings. The Timberwolves earn a bye into the PACWEST championship semi-finals March 2^nd at Capilano. The PACWEST champion gets a berth in the CCAA National Championships in Lethbridge March 15^th to 17^th. 

Charles Barton with 21 points and Dennis Stark with 17 led the men to a 92-72 win over Kwantlen, clinching second place in the league standings. The men also earn a bye into the March 2^nd PACWEST semis at Capilano.
