Helm Drive Fire Arson

Prince George, B.C. – The fire on Helm Drive   on Monday was deliberately set.
 
Fire crews were called to the mobile home  in the 6800 bloock of Helm Drive just before noon on Monday.   After the fire was extinguished, fire investigators determined the fire had been deliberately set.
 
The Prince George RCMP have now assumed control of the investigation.
 
Although that residence is normally occupied, no one was in the home at the time of the fire. The blaze caused about $50 thousand dollars in damage to the home.

That old mobile isn’t worth more than $1000. Who ever came up with $50,000 in damage is truly out of touch with the market.
Are they quoting replacement cost for a new mobile home? If so that should be stated.
