“Party on Murry”‘ “Party on Lynn”!
Maybe we can have a “Pothole Fixing Party” some day.
How comforting to know that our city’s priorities are in order.
Maybe we can stuff the potholes with useless committee members.
“Mayor Green had no direct answer to that question, but did remark it would be a challenge given the current fiscal challenges.”
Ok Ocean Witch… I disagree with you.
EVERY city in the world would celebrate a 100th Birthday. To NOT celebrate it would be a controversay in itself.
I don’t even live in PG anymore but was a resident for close to 50 years. I’m already considering coming back for the celebrations.
To know that the committee is being formed 3 years from the “party” date means that it’s going to be something to I don’t want to miss.
100 years old are they sure? The old girl looks more like 150.
Will people living in the pre 1970’s amalgamation area be entitled to cake as well? Just asking, LOL :)
I think it would be appropriate to have representatives from the taxpayers on the committee. After all is it not the taxpayers who foot the bill?
I think CN should be well represented on the committee.
I they had not taken this route, this City would not exist.
Oh, and the HBC of course …..
Can we also find a building or two that existed in 1915.
I know we can find a bridge.
City have a “heritage” pot hole?
Gus as a heritage guy you might want to read up on the Grand Truck Pacific Railroad? lol
