I asked a pharmaceutical distributors place of business of cancer sticks as to why these new “electronic cigarettes” aren’t behind her in the cupboard. She says they don’t have to be by law. And she told me no age restrictions either. Maybe some clowns on YouTube will convince the kiddies that e-ciggys are cool.
