Prince George, B.C.- It was a message of perseverance that Rick Hansen delivered at UNBC this afternoon.

His 25^th Anniversary Man in Motion Tour will officially take off from the Honda North car dealership at 4 this afternoon, but he took time to visit UNBC this afternoon, where his niece is attending classes and will graduate this May.

Hansen spoke of the challenges he faced in first accepting the change in his life which meant he would never walk again, to learning how to adapt what he could to what he wanted to do.  

And he finished by encouraging students always seek the possibilities “Our journey is continuing. We are all difference makers.”
