Alexis Creek- An investigation is underway into the death of a 61 year old man who was found dead at a cabin at the 200 marker of the 100 Road near Meldrum Creek Sunday, near Alexis Creek

Police say a passerby observed a broken down vehicle with a sign on it asking for someone to call 911.

When police arrived they found two males in a nearby cabin, one was dead. .

The investigation is ongoing according to Cpl Corey Eggen of the Alexis Creek detachment with a forensic autopsy scheduled for this Friday in Kamloops to determine cause of death.
