Third Round Of Voting Underway At NDP Convention

Prince George, BC – Thomas Mulcair was the leader, once again, after round two of voting at the federal NDP Leadership Convention in Toronto, but failed to garner enough support to secure the helm of the party.
Results from the second round of balloting show Mulcair with 38.3% (23,902) support, followed by Brian Topp with 25% (15,624), Nathan Cullen in third with 19.9% (12,449), and Peggy Nash at 16.8% (10,519).
Nash was eliminated from the ballot for the third round of voting, which is underway. Mulcair needs to surpass 50-percent to assume leadership of the federal New Democrats.
Votes can be cast in this round until 1:30pm.

I think Mulcair and the insiders stole the election with voter suppression of competing ballots through electronic malfeasance. They are trying to push Cullen out with nasty innuendo that the votes are in, but 70,000 votes were never counted because the computer ‘glitch’.
This is 1000 times worse than the robocall scandal in its scope in a single election.
Elections should never be done electronically. Completely illegitimate IMO. elections of importance should only ever be done with a paper ballot. A transferable preference ballot would be legitimate and have a hard copy to verify and no voter suppression as all would have their vote count.
The ndp blew it. Rebecca Blaikie the ndp president is in over her head and should resign after canceling the vote and calling for a new vote with paper ballots. Either she is completely incompetent or corrupt.
If this is allowed to stand than democracy is dead in Canada.
If its been done by computer than it would be interesting to see where the votes that were counted came from. I bet mostly Eastern Canada and the convention center itself.
Elections Canada needs to call Rebecca Blaikie and tell her this vote is not secure and this election is null and void.
