Quesnel Calls For Community Meetings To Look to The Future

Quesnel – Residents of Quesnel are being asked to come to a meeting to celebrate Quesnel and look to how to make the future better.
Celebrate Quesnel will take place on Friday , April 27th at 7.00pm. at the North Cariboo Community Campus, then on Saturday, April 28th, the community is being invited to talk about Quesnel’s sustainable and successful future.
The community is looking for as many people as possible to contribute to the discussions.
A report released earlier this week suggests that the forest industry could face cuts of as many as 600 workers as the supply of timber dries up over the next few years.

On the upside at least they don’t have an expensive and ineffectual “Initiatives Quesnel.” Lucky them.
