Major Sponsor Named for Senior Baseball Championship

Prince George, B.C. – Prince George will host the 2012 Canada Senior Baseball Championship August 23-26 at both the Citizen and Rotary Field.
Today the group announced that Remax will become a major sponsor, with the tournament becoming known as the Re/Max Centre City, Baseball Canada Senior Championship.
Jim Swanson, committee co-chair, who will also manage the Prince George Axemen ,says Prince George has a tremendous track record of holding elite baseball tournaments.
The tournament will host teams from Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, the Victoria Mavericks and the Prince George Westcana Electric Axemen.

Re/Max is a fantastic supporter of community events, and have been excellent supporters of arts and cultural events as well. Kudos to Bill and Sue Lynch and the rest of their team – true community boosters.
