What a douche.

The Hart.

dumb, dumber and dumbest

Insert shell, close bolt, fumble around with gun in car, BANG, no big whoop. ;)

That is called a limited Entry for Cars

weaksauce, you have a point your trying to make?

I think weaksauce meant, Richmond!

“I think weaksauce meant, Richmond!”

How thoughtful of you, Dragonmaster.
You neatly avoid making reference to the fact that some inconsiderate people like to categorize entire groups of other people by where they choose to reside.

As for the dolt who shot the car, was he drunk, or just stupid? Why would his rifle be loaded anyway? He does not deserve to own a firearm. I wonder if he realizes how lucky he is that no one was injured. Probably not. I would imagine he is mad at the cops for taking his gun away.
And what would they be “hunting” this time of year? bears for sport, I assume.
Not classy.
metalman.

Thanks MM ;-)

As for the dolt, he should be facing every charge available under our laws for what he has done, not just the two as noted above. Take away his right to own and possess any firearms for life. He is a danger to everyone!

It’s illegal to have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, it’s illegal to discharge a firearm from a motor vehicle and it’s illegal to discharge a firearm in city limits unless permitted to do so for various reasons.

As far as bear hunting goes, Black Bear are good eating. Thats why hunters must keep the edible portions when harvesting one.
Wolf are also open until June 15/12.

As taken from the Dept of Justice website….

“An individual may load a firearm or handle a loaded firearm only in a place where the firearm may be discharged in accordance with all applicable Acts of Parliament and of the legislature of a province, regulations made under such Acts, and municipal by-laws.”.

maybe he mistook the black tire for a bear lol

Metalman .. you are about as ignorant as they they Come … .. Yes Bears are open right to hunt … and honestly I wouldnt care about your little comment … But find it Ironic how you give Dragonmaster shit for painting all people with the same brush … yet you do the same ….

The fact of the matter is … Bears are very good eating … espcially spring bears as they have a very high protein content and very little fat. In fact I typically harvest a spring bear to provide me with my years worth of jerky for the rest of my years outdoor activities.

as DM has posted … the guy from Richmond should loose all his priviledges simply for having a loaded rifle in the vehicle.
I expect a fine, Loss of F/A priveledges for 5-10 years. However he wont lose his hunting priveledges as he was not engaged in the activity of hunting at the time of the incident …. Expect him and his buddys to go into Nechako Outfitters and buy 3 crossbows.

Hey bowzone, please re-read my post.
It seems that Dragonmaster understood the complexities of the message :)
For the record bowzone, I don’t know you, or if you are in fact even more ignorant than myself, thus I can’t judge you, except perhaps by your comments. Thanks.
I make the assumption that a Vancouver based bear or wolf hunter is interested in a trophy, perhaps I am wrong, maybe he would travel this far to secure some tasty spring bear meat to make hams, sausage, and jerky. Nothing against hunting for sustenance, plenty against hunting for trophies.
As ignorant as they come, I, am metalman.
