Prince George- No this is not your favourite trout stream, this is Domano Boulevard at about 3.pm today after a major rain cloud passed over the College Heights area.
The road is question is Domano although it might not appear to be.
One resident from the area says," I have never seen rain like this before come down so quick”´.
There was no way to gauge the amount of rain that fell.

I’ve seen that part of Domano like that before. Bad drainage… probably why the pavement is so bad.
