Prince George RCMP Media Liaison officer, Corporal Craig Douglass, says “ We have received some information which we are following up.”
Corporal Douglass is not at liberty to reveal details of that information.
Degerness has not been seen since June 7th, 2007. He was 14 when he left a meeting with his mother and school principal at Prince George Secondary School and was expected to return to class, but never did. He spent the night at a friend’s place, and hasn’t been seen since.
Over the years, there have been numerous tips, but still, no closure on where Lucas might be.
Corporal Douglass says investigators believe someone has the information they need to find Lucas and urges anyone who may have information to pass that info along.
