Prince George, B.C. – Damage is estimated at $100,000 dollars in a fire in a duplex in the 3700 block of 5^th Ave. Tuesday night.

Fire crews were called to the scene of the fire in the basement of the building at 9.07 pm.

Heavy smoke was reported coming from the basement of the building. There were no injuries to the occupants or the fire fighters.
