Prince George, B.C. – Prince George RCMP and Emergency Services have just responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway #16 near Tabor Mountain, approximately 30 km’s east of Prince George.

 

A collision between a westbound passenger car and an eastbound pick-up truck has resulted in the death of one person, and  injuries to three others.

 

Highway #16 has been closed and will remain closed for the next several hours for the police to conduct their investigation and collect the evidence required in this matter.

 

The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure have been advised and are updating Drive BC.  There is currently no information on a detour around the scene.
