Cariboo Cougars Round Out Coaching Roster
Prince George, BC – While announcing back in May that Trevor Sprague would be returning for his 6th season behind the bench as Head Coach with the Cariboo Cougars this fall, the BC Major Midget League team is now releasing the full coaching and management roster for the upcoming season.
Joining Sprague will be Assistant Coaches: Bryan MacLean, who is returning for his second season with the team; Brad Crossan, a long-time Prince George Minor Hockey coach and Senior Regional Scout for the Victoria Royals; and Tim Sprague, former Prince George Spruce King and Trevor’s younger brother. Trevor Foster will return, once again, as the Goaltender Coach.
Andy Beesley has decided to take a step back after serving as the Cariboo Cougars’ Team Manager for four seasons, but will stay on as Assistant Manager. The full responsibility will fall to Jeff Sargeant, in addition to his role as the team’s Media Relations Director and Play-by-Play announcer.
The team’s Evaluation Camp is set to run August 9th – 12th. Any midget-aged player wanting to attend has just today and tomorrow to do so,click here for more information.
