Prince George, B.C.- The B.C. Coroners Service  has released the name of the 17 year old Prince George teen who  died in a single vehicle crash on the Nazko Highway, west of Quesnel last week.

He was Larry Dallas Barry Laurent.

He was a passenger in a vehicle which went off the road on the Nazko Highway in the early morning hours of Aug. 16. The vehicle went down a steep embankment and hit a large tree stump. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 19 year old male from Quesnel was located at the scene of the crash and was arrested.  RCMP are recommending  he be charged with Impaired Driving Causing Death.
