Mountain Climbing Accident Victim Identified

Prince George, B.C. – The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who was killed while mountain climbing on Mount Robson on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012.
He was 35 year old Bradley Charles Joyce, of Calgary.
Joyce was an experienced mountaineer who was climbing with a friend on the back side of Mount Robson on Monday.
A snow bridge, which he was crossing, gave way, and he fell into a crevasse where he was covered by a small avalanche. His climbing partner was not injured and was able to summon help.
The Coroners Service continues to investigate this death.
