Name of Crash Victim Released

Prince George, B.C. – The B.C. Coroners Service has released the name of the man who died in a crash on Highway 97 in the early hours of Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as 58 year old Robert James Leblanc of Bear Lake.
He was travelling southbound on highway 97 when his car was involved in a collision with an oncoming vehicle about 37 km north of Prince George, just north of the Salmon River bridge.
Despite resuscitation efforts, Mr. Leblanc was confirmed dead at the scene.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services are continuing to investigate this death.
