Prince George, B.C.- The Province will soon start its budget consultation process, and has a stop planned for Prince George.

The all party Select Standing Committee  on Finance will start in Surrey on the 17^th, and after a series of sessions in the lower mainland and Okanagan, will swing north to Fort St. John on October 3^rd before coming to Prince George on October 16^th.

The Budget 2013 Consultation Paper has yet to be released.

By the time the consultation sessions wrap up on October 18^th, the Committee will have held hearings in 19 communities around the province, and video conference sessions for three others.
