Another Boundary Road Milestone

Thursday, September 20, 2012 @ 3:55 AM
Prince George, BC – Paving will soon start on Pacific Street, sealing the work that links the sanitary sewer main from Boundary  Road to the sanitary lift station in the BCR Industrial subdivision.

The connection ties the new Boundary Road development to the City’s existing sewer system and will see 1.5 lane kilometers paved.

Paving is expected to start on Monday, September 24th and be finished on September 28th

The paving will mean some disruption to traffic, with Pacific Street and much of Industrial Way closed.   The detour along Highway 97 to Sintich Road must be used to get around the paving operations.

You’d think they would do one road at a time. There is an awful lot of traffice using those roads, why not leave one of them open?
Well, it will be nice when they are done anyway, those roads are in abysmal condition.
