Trio of Hold Ups Leads to Arrest

Prince George, B.C.- A 22 year old woman from Williams Lake has been arrested and faces charges related to three robberies in Prince George.
This morning, RCMP in Prince George responded to three reports of robberies in the city.
The first call came in at 7:21 where a motel in the 1500 block of Highway 97 South in the City had been robbed by a female suspect who was wearing a balaclava, a blue hoody, had produced an edged weapon and demanded cash. The suspect fled the area before police arrived on scene.
At 11:19, another call came in of a robbery. This time, it was at a restaurant in the 400 block of Dominion Street. Again, the suspect was described as a female , wearing a hoody and a mask.
Just eleven minutes later, a third robbery call was reported, this time, a business in the 1600 block of 3rd Avenue was the scene, and a female wearing a mask was the suspect.
Moments later, Prince George RCMP arrested a woman suspected of being involved in all three heists. Police have recovered a mask and a knife.
The woman is facing a number of charges. The investigation continues.

What is with all the crime lately? Are we trying to retain our #1 position in Canada? I had no idea the criminals had that much civic pride!
Seems like all hell broke loose as soon as the price of gas jumped up so high. People started getting robbed more at the pumps and it seems to have rippled out from there! lol
Three squares and lodging for the winter. Perhaps dental, medical appointments, which we will pay for as well.
Do not forget the cablevision bill, too.
Glad to have ESCAPED Prince George!!!! Seems like since moving away in beginning of august, a crime tsunami hit the city.
PG is a life-sucking vortex. We also narrowly escaped. After a year we’re almost completely deprogrammed. :-)

Kindly keep your negative comments about Prince George to yourselves, some of us have to live here!
Meth and crack are related to much of the petty crime experienced in most towns and cities everywhere.

Winter is coming, they are sorting out their winter accommodations.
