More Charges Against Robbery Suspect

Prince George, B.C.- A man charged in connection with three robberies in Prince George, is now facing a charge stemming from an assault on a taxi driver.
 
RCMP say   the cabbie was sprayed with bear spray by the lone male fare he had dropped off in the area of 5th and Douglas  Street   on September 10th.
 
Police say 21 year old Raymond Douglas Pennicott , a resident of Calgary with former ties to Prince George has now been charged with Assault with a weapon in connection with this incident.

Is this nice fellow off the street for now, or has he been released with a promise to appear? Whether that’s the case here or not, it must be very frustrating for an officer to see these guys walk out so easily.
