Four Charged In Ft.St. James May Arson

Fort St. James, B.C.-  Four males have been arrested and charged  in connection with the  fire  that destroyed the Fort St. James Recycling Center on Manson Road last May.

The fire  caused  in excess  of $100 thousand dollars in damage.

Charges have been laid against 18 year old, Cole Godard,  who is from Fort St James and three other males who cannot be named as they are being charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, based on their ages at the time of the offence.

All four males have since been released from custody with a number of conditions and are scheduled to make a first court appearance in Fort St. James on November 20th, 2012.
