Wow! way to go! It really looks like we need these more often!

Pretty soon no one will be driving on the roads. Police state working as intended.

WOW…. where were they hiding!

If you don’t have the Money to maintain your Vehicle don’t drive and I don’t care if you have no Money!

I can’t believe so many people get caught with no drivers license or insurance! Pretty unnerving to know so many people ignore such basic driving laws. I’m glad I pay extra for the uninsured driving protection. Get these people off the roadways Coppers…. THANKS!

Pretty sure Potholes is a troll….

Anybody who’s driven around town for any length of time wouldn’t find this story surprising.

Northern Citizen, it’s a nice gesture that you are happy about paying more premiums for the uninsured motorists out there. However, most people who pay for this are home in bed by 10:00pm. It may surprise you to know this protection is not available for designated drivers, taxi drivers and shuttle service drivers who spend most of their time driving during the more hazardous hours. At least that was my experience a number of years ago when I was in the business of providing a safe ride home for Christmas parties and New Years party’s.

Agree with you completely Gofaster. Though, I didn’t expect to read that in your post after seeing your handle. ha ha
Potholes, “Police state working as intended”? No just police work doing as stated and hopfully have the effect intended. I hope you and your family are safer as a result of this work.

I’m just wondering how many vehicles were looked at during this blitz? What would be the percentage of vehicles that failed?

Nah, I try to stay inside where its safe away from the dangerous roads. Like the police want me to.

servant, I think you may have been mis-informed about the underinsured motorist protection. Anyone can purchase this policy. It is $25 and is attached to your drivers licence so it doesn’t matter if you are a designated driver, shuttle driver, taxi etc…you are covered if you purchase this policy. Go and see your broker and ask about it…it’s a great one to have!

Good job on getting more dangerous people and their wrecks off our streets. Now if only the City of Prince George followed suit and made our streets safe for us to drive on. Who is the rocket scientist at city hall that allows our streets to be plowed in this way?

Why are there no warning signs posted as to the lane ending just around the corner?

nice F150 – surely you didnt snap that pic while driving ;)

I have been wondering the same thing over the last few days Dragonmaster.

Lots of violations it seems. I would be interested in seeing a breakdown between passenger vehicles and commercial trucks.
