didn’t something very similiar happen at that same spot last year as well?
Is this a low visibility spot? Sorry to hear of a fatality.
Very sad, No, it is not a low visibility spot. There is very good visibility in both directions there. Don’t know why he pulled out in front of a truck but as a truck driver, I’ve seen people do that countless times. Its heart stopping.
People just don’t like being behind a big truck, so they often try to beat them to a position on the road. So much better to be on the road at all than to be in this fellow’s shoes.
Snow or road conditions wasn’t an issue?
At the time that drive bc was showing the hwy closed due to this accident they were also reporting freezing rain on the same highway…may have been a factor???
