Very sorry to hear of this. Condolances to all of his family.

Sure seems like CN Rail is having a lot more accidents, and derailments since they took possession of BC Rail from Gordo, and his band of BC Liberal crooks. I’d blame it on lack of track maintanence and the mass layoff of workers etc! What’s next with the big Liberals sell off?

Oh Ya, Now they’re selling off schools, like the elementary school in Wildwood near Williams lake!

Can’t believe the audacity of some posters.
Someone passed away, someone will be missed badly at this time of year, yet some folks use every chance they’ve got to bash government which has absolutely nothing to do with this sad event.
My condolences to family and friends, never a good time to lose someone, this time of year makes it a lot harder. CN was always a good employer for me. This fella was just doing his job, going to be missed.

I offer my condolences to the family of Bryan Giesbrecht.I call bullshit Slim2229 on CN giving one ounce of shit about their employees. At the time of the sale/takeover I was involved in a company crash that I am still suffering te effects from today and they and WCB have washed there hands of it all.So screw them and there wonderful company!

My mom works out at Gutah. She was in for 3 months straight, cooking and cleaning for these guys. She got out maybe 3 weeks ago. I cant imagine how she feels today. I know her relief had to deal with some pretty heavy stuff. Its pretty tight knit out there. Positive thoughts to all involved. :(

CN is going through a transition right now of od leaving new coming in. Some of the people coming in shouldn’t even work at mcdonalds. Guys are working in fear right now, guys being sent home for small things and others being let go for larger things. They have a new guy here Norman Hart who has taken it apon himself to try and make sure everyone follows the rules. They need to talk to the people of the company and get input on how to make things better. I believe with guys like Hart running around you will see more bad before good… RIP in Brian
