Vacancy Rate Tightens Up

Prince George, B.C. – It’s getting a little tougher to find an apartment in Prince George. Canada Mortgage and Housing has released it’s fall vacancy rate and rental report. It indicates the overall vacancy rate in October in Prince George was 4.0%, down from the 5.1% recorded in the fall of 2011.
But individuals may find the vacancy rate different depending on the type of rental unit they are looking for.
