Gas Up 6 Cents a litre In PG

Prince George- Well it was a bit better while it lasted.
The price of a litre of fuel jumped by 6.2 cents a litre overnight to 120.9
We had been holding at around 114.7 per litre over the past few weeks.
If you still use the old method that equates to an increase of 28.2 cents a gallon increase.
The cheapest gas in BC is Kamloops , 107.9, while the highest price is Richmond at 139.9.

Oh they must have saw a motorhome go by and figured spring was right around the corner. Between taxes and gas prices my butt is getting mighty sore from being kicked on a regular basis.

No shortage of vehicles idling at Tim Horton’s drive thus….guess the price of gas isn’t really that big an issue for some.
I’ve been watching the market rpice for gasoline rise quite quickly lately, topping $3.00/gallon versus just $2.70 a few weeks ago. I predicted the price would jump by several cents, which it did. Meant to gas up the other day, but didn’t. Doh!
Kamloops prices are thanks to Costco…are they still planning a station in the George?

I don’t use the drive through. Bad on gas consumption and bad for the environment. Our air quality is suspect on the best of days; I’ll give up a little “convenience” for the sake of our future.
Supply and demand. If we in PG insist on driving our one ton duallies, we’re going to pay more. Try buying gas in Ft. Nelson and see what kind of a break you get there.

Yes there is a Costco gas bar going in and I hear it will be done by July1ST.
Even with gas price rising in the USA it is now 0.87 cents a liter in Phoenix right now. Probably made from Canadian crude.
Oh how the libs, their carbon tax, and the Feds stick it to us at every opportunity.
We may pay more for gas, but we have ‘free’ healthcare.
