Note the phrase, “….bring them to court”. Not to justice, but just to court. What’s in a word, eh?

I know Sam. Went to highschool with him and his brother. Very surprised to see him put in this light. Was always a really decent guy, light hearted and good for a laugh… never once considered him as violent or potentially violent… even came from a good family in a good neighborhood and always had lots of friends. Maybe he fell on hard times. Its too bad, or maybe just started hanging out with the wrong crowd. I very much doubt he is dangerous though, tough yes, but dangerous not likely. I find it hard to believe he would even be involved in a vehicle theft… unless he completely changed in twenty years. Probably a thousand people in town that would vouch for his character I would think had they not heard of this.

Completely agree with you Eagleone. Hopefully he can turn his life around again.

“…..turning his life around.” I keep reading that when the gangsters, losers, drug addicts and criminals “buy the farm.” Old age is a privilege denied many.

my thoughts are everyone starts out in life innocent then they become able to make choices and some just make the wrong choice. this said they are also able to make the choice to change again but hiding from your previous actions is not making that change.
it is said that “you become what you hang out with”

People do change for the worst. A lot happens in 20 years! I hope the RCMP catches these guys, even if they were once law abiding citizens.
