Prince George, B.C.- Playoff hockey hits Prince George on Monday March 18^th as the Spruce Kings host the Chilliwack Chiefs in the first home game of the first round of playoffs.

 

The actual playoff round will start on the road for the Kings, as they will be in Chilliwack on Friday March 15^th.

 

The first round of the playoffs in the British Columbia Hockey League will be a best of five for teams in the Mainland Division in a two-two-one format. Games one and two will be played March 15th and 16th at Prospera Centre in Chilliwack. After a travel day, game three will be played in the Prince George Coliseum on Monday March 18th.

 

If required, game four will also be in the Coliseum on Tuesday March 19th with a fifth and deciding game back in Chilliwack on Wednesday March 20th. The winner of the first round will then go on to play the other Mainland Division series winner in a best of five second round series beginning on Friday March 22nd.
