Driver who Died in Crash with Bus Last Week Identified

Cache Creek, B.C.- The B.C. Coroners Service has released the name of the person who died when their vehicle crashed with a Kelowna bound charter bus last weekend.
24 year old Allen Edward Power of Sorrento was the driver and lone occupant of a car that collided with the bus on Highway 1, about 3:30 in the afternoon on March 1. He died at the scene.
The chartered bus was carrying Prince George Special Olympics athletes and their coaches to an event in Kelowna. 18 of the bus passengers were take to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.
