Regional District to Finalize Budget

Prince George, B.C.- The Regional District of Fraser Fort George budget that’s up for discussion and approval today, would see the requisition increased by 1.97% over last year. That means the RDFFG will have to collect an extra $336,060.00 to make the total requisition $17,432,070.00.
That single largest expenditure increase for the Regional District is the Foothills Landfill, as a reserve is built up to plan for the closure of the site, and funds are set aside to cover post closure costs.
