Prince George, B.C. – So, who are the newest whiz kids on the block in Prince George when it comes to creative computer skills?

Well, you’ll have an opportunity to find out as CNC’s website design students exhibit their work at The Design Show this Wednesday at the College’s library. The showcase features work of both first-year and graduating second-year New Media Communication and Design (NMCD) students in the hopes of educating the public about their craft.

“It includes creative student projects such as logo designs, ad concepts, websites, Flash banner ads, examples of branding, promotional and informational videos, illustration, interactive multimedia and examples of desktop publishing,” said instructor Sean Siddals.

The show begins on April 17th  with a reception from 7 to 10 p.m. and will remain in the library until April 26.

Second-year student Chrystal Green says “the Design Show is an opportunity to see what creativity, education, and structure can form. Each participant has been educated in the same manner, yet the diversity of the work created is remarkable.”
