Prince George, B.C. – B.C. Hydro is still dealing with power outages in central and northern B.C. in the wake of Saturday’s storm that downed power lines in several communities.
Hydro says 9 outages affecting fewer than 100 customers in the central interior should be repaired by noon today. Three of those outages are in Prince George: in the 2200 block Sintich Road, 4300 block Vista Road and 4900 block Meadowview Road. There are three outages as well in Quesnel, two in Mackenzie and one in Williams Lake.
Six outages affect 382 customers in Vanderhoof, Granisle, Chetwynd and Dawson Creek. They should be dealt with by noon as well, according to B.C. Hydro.
