Summer Officially Arrives Tonight

Prince George, B.C.- Summer officially arrives at 10:04 tonight PDT.
So on the 21st, the Old Farmer’s Almanac says the sun will rise in Prince George at 4:39 am, and set at 9:49 pm giving the City 17 hours and 7 minutes of sunlight.
Environment Canada’s three month seasonal forecast suggests there is a 50 -60% probability of temperatures being warmer than normal in Prince George through to the end of August.
As for precipitation, it’s expected the area will get a near normal amount of rainfall.
