No Charges After Pedestrian Struck

Prince George, BC – Prince George RCMP say no charges are being contemplated, despite a pedestrian being struck late last night on Highway 16W in the city.
RCMP Spokesperson, Constable Kristopher Martin, says a number witnesses at the scene report that a woman walked into traffic in such a way that an oncoming vehicle was unable to stop.
Constable Martin says the 23-year-old woman was struck by an oncoming northbound vehicle shortly after 10pm. The victim was transported to the University Hospital of Northern BC with non-life threatening injuries.
