Highway Traffic Slowed By Fire

Prince George, B.C. – Traffic didn’t come to a complete stop but was slowed somewhat along Highway 16 west Thursday afternoon.
These pictures were taken near the overpass in the Bednesti area around 3:30pm Thursday. Fire destroyed a car that was being towed aboard a trailer. There is no indication that anyone was hurt in the incident.
Police had directed traffic through the area and were checking into the cause of the incident.
