Cariboo Cougars Win in Chase

Prince George, B.C. – The Cariboo Cougars snapped a 5-game losing streak Saturday night with a 3-2 win over the Thompson Blazers in B.C. Major Midget League action in Chase.
Steven Jandric’s goal with 27 seconds left on the clock was the winner. Jesse Roach had a goal and an assist while Chase Dubois chipped in with two helpers on the night.
Cole Morris also scored for the Cariboo squad. The Cats outshot the Blazers 4026 with Lane Delfs between the pipes. The Cougars improve to 4-5-0 on the season and can raise that to .500 in a rematch with the Balzers at 11 Sunday morning.
