Some safety tips:
- Get to know your neighbours – joining a group such as Block Watch

good tips everyone should follow them! seniors are the least likely to be victimized compared to other age groups. just thought that should be known! we don’t need to be scaring people!
Seniors and others should keep in mind the old saying. **You don’t get something for nothing**
Don’t buy anything over the phone, do not give out any information in regards to your credit cards.
Hang up on anyone giving you a sales pitch on the phone, because that’s what it is a **pitch**
People can do all their shopping in actual stores, however if they want to purchase anything or do any transactions on the phone on computer they should be the originators of the transaction.
Do not feel obligated to anyone who phones and tries to sell you something. Hang up on them, they are in fact invading your privacy.
Should this include city taxation?
