Yup, also the day that dually goat trucks with lift kits and illegal headlights develop awe inspiring traction allowing excessive speeds anywhere.
The first snow fall, aka that time when all the special idiots decide to put on the winter tires.

Maybe 1/2 of them…the other half will keep the all season’s on. :)
The first snowfall of the year and I already saw 2 plow trucks driving around with their blades up and not sanding.
5-10 cm of snow fell in Calgary last weekend and there were 130 accidents. Plus about 150 accidents in the previous weekend.
Please slow down for the first snowfall people.
It always catches people off guard every year and there are always accidents. Take care drive carefully and arrive safe. Even if you are a little bit late. Alive and unhurt is always better than the alternative.
Yes we are warned about a little snowfall when people in the Philippines are have their roofs ripped off and rain soaking everything they own, not to mention big trees that are falling by the hundreds everywhere. It is like a very bad hurricane over there.
100th anniversary of the White Hurricane, worst storm ever in the Great Lakes. Created waves ‘over 2 stories tall’ and sank 12 ships and killed over 200 people.
