Priince George, B.C. – One person has been taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries suffered in a crash on Highway 16 West late this afternoon.

Emergency  personnel responded to a call about a crash on Highway 16  west at Hartman Road  around 4:30 this afternoon .

Details of the vehicles and  number of people involved are not yet available.

The highway was closed in both directions ,  and is expected to reopen by about 6:30 this evening.
