Hold Up Suspect Sought in Quesnel
Quesnel, B.C.- RCMP in Quesnel are looking for a suspect ina hold up of a delivery driver last night.
At approximately 11:15 pm , Thursday, January 30th, 2014, Quesnel RCMP responded to a report of a robbery in the 600 block of Couldwell Street in Quesnel. Investigation determined a delivery driver was approached by a male suspect who produced a hatchet and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall, average build with stocky shoulders. At the time of the robbery, the male suspect was wearing a white camouflaged hoodie and dark coloured pants.
Quesnel RCMP are asking anyone with information regarding this Robbery to call them immediately at (250)-992-9211. Or, if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Crimestoppers pays up to $2000 in cash rewards for information which leads to an arrest and charge.
