Hwy 16 East Re-Opens After Vehicle Incident

While there's no word on any injuries, the route was closed just before 6am for a vehicle recovery incidents approximately 1.5-kilometres east of the community of Crescent Spur.
DriveBC is reporting slippery sections on Highway 16 through Prince George and Highway 97, both north and south of the city, has snow with slushy sections.

Maybe someone should invent a plow that mounts on the front of or under a sand truck that could be used to remove the snow and slush.
