Prince George, BC– Two men have been released with a promise to appear, following a drug seizure last Saturday.
They were picked up by the RCMP Crime Reduction Team after they were spotted in what appeared to be a drug deal in the parking lot of a local restaurant on Central St.
A 45 year old man was found with more than an ounce of crack cocaine, more than an ounce of methamphetamine, and numerous pre-packaged flaps of heroin in his possession.
A 22 year old man was found in possession of a significant amount of cash.
In addition, officers arrested a 29 year old man, formerly of Quesnel, located inside the restaurant, with a significant amount of cash and five cellular phones.

Yeesh, remind me not to carry a significant amount of cash. Apparently that can get your arrested.
(it’s a joke people, cool your jets)
HMMM…wonder if this is the same local restaurant on Central st. that had someone shot on it’s front step in the past…
Five cell phones?? I pack around two sometimes (work and personal) and it can get overwhelming.
Free complementary dinner at our new police station with their “promise to appear” notice?
exact question I was wondering doubletrouble…
Shake down, break down, you’re busted!
5 cell phones! Lol.
Btw, the correct term is mobile telecommunications device.
If a guy is trading in meth and heroin then I have no sympathy for him. These were significant quantities and lives are destroyed with those kinds of drugs.
