Last Chance To Tour New RCMP HQ
Prince George, B.C. – Forest fires in the region are affecting air quality in the prince George area and may prevent some from enjoying outdoor activities this weekend.
If that is the case and you’re looking for something to do indoors, why not take the final opportunity, at this time, for a public viewing of the new city RCMP building? The RCMP have been welcoming “law abiding citizens” to tour the new facility this week and are doing so again today from 10 am to 2pm.
There are a few stipulations, though. You must be 18 or older, have government photo identification and are prohibited from taking photographs. Tours are provided on a first come, first served basis.
Oh, and officers and staff at the station have the right to refuse access to those they do not consider “law abiding”.
